Le Blanc de Blancs Magnum 2014

The Champagne Le Blanc de Blancs by Ayala is the quintessence of Chardonnay coming from an exceptional vintage. Made in small quantities and only in exceptional Millesimé, it expresses wonderfully all the nobility of Chardonnay from the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs (Le Mesnil, Cramant and Chouilly). The long aging period of 6 years in the cellar, the texture of the exquisite minerality and the low dosage – just 6 g/l – make it a Champagne of great prestige, which occupies a place of honor in haute cuisine. 

Good maturity to the nose with notes of citrus (pineapple) and white flowers, fine with good aromatic concentration. In the mouth it is powerful and structured, fresh, with a creamy and silky sensation.
