Pinot Noir “Les Forcières” 2018

The Champagne Pinot Noir “Les Forcières” 2018 by Aurélien Lurquin is a Blanc de Noirs from the same-name lieu-dit, grown with 100% Pinot Noir on clay soil.

A traditional 2000kg press is used for crushing the grapes and vinification takes place in cement and barrels with only spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Finally no final dosage for this powerful, rich and mineral Champagne Blanc de Noirs. Produced in a limited edition of only 1,064 bottles.
