Chardonnay “Les Traverses” 2018

The Champagne Chardonnay “Les Traverses” by Aurélien Lurquin is a Blanc de Blancs from the harvest of the single plot (lieu-dit) Les Traverses located in the village of Romery in the Vallée de la Marne.

A traditional 2000 kg press is used for pressing and vinification takes place in cement and barrels with spontaneous fermentation only – using indigenous yeasts. No final dosage for this energetic, rich and exciting Champagne Brut Zéro. Limited edition of only 427 bottles.
