Rosé de Meunier

The Champagne Rosé de Meunier by Audrey Brocard is a Rosé and Saignée resulting from the blending of 100% Meunier from vineyards located around the village of Trélou-sur-Marne in the Vallée de la Marne.

This Champagne Rosé is made from “Coeur de Cuvée” with a 2018 vintage base with the addition of approximately 30% vin de réserve from previous vintages (solera method). The wines do not undergo malolactic fermentation and a part remains in wood (en foudre) for elevage.  Its dosage amounts to 0 g/l – making it a Brut Nature.
