The Champagne Le Nombre d’Or Sablé by Aubry is the result of a perfect assemblage of 40% Chardonnay, with the addition of old and forgotten vines such as 30% Petit Meslier and 30% Arbanne. With a low sugar dosage, this Champagne Blanc de Blanc exalts its features at their best.
