Le Nombre d’Or 2015

The Champagne Le Nombre d’Or “Campaniae Veteres Vites” by Aubry is the result of a perfect assemblage of the classical vines, 20% Chardonnay, 10% Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir, with the addition of old and forgotten vines such as 20% Petit Meslier, 10% Pinot Gris, 10% Pinot Blanc and 20% Arbanne. It smells like green lemon, rosa canina, lily of the valley and exotic plants, while it strongly tastes like roasted chestnut and ripe pear.
