The Champagne Aubry de Humbert is a perfect balance of Chardonnay, Meunier and Pinot Noir in equal parts, selected by the heart of the Cuvée by pressoir. It rests on yeasts for at least 5 years. It smells mostly of Pinot Noir, with touches of dried fruit, almond, fall berries, coffee, toasted bread and white truffle, while it tastes like apricot and chervil: the sweet tannins perfeclty blends with a fresh end.
