The Champagne Brut Millésime 2013 by Assailly is 100% Chardonnay, from a severe harvest of 60-year-old vineyards located in the single parcel (lieu-dit) “Les Monts Cheneveaus”, classified as 100% Grand Cru in the village of Avize, in the famous Côte des Blancs. Extremely limited production.
