The Champagne Rosé Theodorine by Apollonis is a cuvée from the “Perceptions vibratoires” collection proposed by the original and musical vigneron Michel Loriot and dedicated to the women of his family. It is a Rosé and the result of an assemblage of 35% Meunier, 35% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir harvested from the best vineyards in Festigny, a prestigious village located in the Vallée de la Marne area.

This Champagne Brut Rosé is fragrant and persistent, fine and fruity, with a vibrant and original character.
