Champagne André Robert

The Champagne Collection d’Auteur 2008 by André Robert is a Blanc de Blancs produced from Chardonnay grapes from vineyards in the heart of Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger, classified as Grand Cru, within the Côte des Blancs. Harvested in 2008 and vinified and aged on the lees for 10 months in small wooden barrels of 228 liters, the Champagne rests at least 8 years on its yeasts. The result is a slightly dosed Cuvée with 6 g/l of sugar. 

A Champagne Blanc de Blancs with an important prolonged aging that reveals all the purity and depth of the Vintage 2008.
