The Champagne Un Jour de 1911 is 100% Pinot Noir from three different harvesting. This is the result of a magnificent blending of different vintages, resting on their yeasts for over 72 months. This Champagne concentration is superb and leads to a final perception of minerals. Dosage 1 g/l.

Every edition of this Cuvée de Prestige comes from the 1911 tirage, are numbered and available in a wooden box with straw, according to the original edition of vintage 1911.
