The Champagne Non Dosé Potion by André Beaufort is the result of 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown on 50-year-old vineyards, located around Celles-sur-Ource, in the Côte des Bar. This Blanc de Noirs was born according to traditional viticulture, with vineyards treated with traditional techniques and vinification in the cellar with natural yeasts only. Natural sugar, such as grape must and grape juice, is also used. Harvest base 2020, vinification and fermentation in barriques for about 24 months and no final dosage for this Champagne Brut Nature.
