The Champagne Arietis by Alexis is made from 100% Meunier from 2 vineyards in the village of Vandieres (Vallée de la Marne), specifically from 2 Lieux-Dits: “La Perchotte” and “La Forzie” on a soil mixed with sand, limestone, clay and limestone marl. This Blanc de Noirs vinifies and rests in 400-litre barrels, spontaneous fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts and no malolactic fermentation is carried out. No final dosage for this Champagne – making it a Brut Nature.
