Alexis’ Champagne Ageius 2016 is the result of 100% Pinot Noir coming from vineyards in the village of Aÿ, Grand Cru of the Vallée de la Marne. The parcel of origin is the one of La Fosse (lieu-dit) with south /south-east exposure and clayey-chalky soil.

Millésime 2016, this Blanc de Noirs vinifies and ages in 400-liter barriques, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and malolactic not done. The dosage remains within the Brut parameters.
