Complantée

The Champagne Extra Brut Complantée was born from the experimenting idea of Pascal Agrapart and is based on the three classical varieties of the Champagne region (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier), with an addition of Arbanne, Pinot Blanc and Petit Meslier. Vineyards are planted in “La Fosse”, lieu-dit giving birth to the extraordinary Cuvée Vénus. The basic idea of this wine is to test the terroir strength with rural old varieties. The result is an exceptional Champagne, with fine foam, great minerality and refineness.
